The fun doesn’t stop at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park when the summer comes to a close. With school starting back up and the continual hustle and bustle of daily life, take some time away from the fast pace to make new memories and enjoy our autumnal offerings surrounded by the changing leaves and crisp fall weather.  


Find details below on exciting opportunities and programming coming to the park like a spooky movie night, a tea-blending workshop, and forest bathing. Or maybe try your hand at ink-making or stained-glass art! We’ve got something for all ages at Pyramid Hill with our many series this fall: 


Horror on the Hill: Poltergeist

Friday, October 23

6:30PM – 9:30PM

Included in general park admission

Experience this supernatural film in our super natural setting! Enjoy a cocktail hour and explore the park grounds as the sun sets, then settle in for a movie under the stars. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Poltergeist is rated PG.




Wellness Series

Start your autumn off right with us at Pyramid Hill by setting some time aside for your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Our wellness series prioritizes serenity and growth surrounded by the park’s natural beauty and artwork:


Sound Meditations

Saturday, September 5 and November 7

10AM – 11:30AM

$40 for members, $50 for non-members

Immerse yourself in a 90-minute sound journey held under the serene beauty of the Pyramid House skylight and surrounded by the history of antiquities. Refresh your mind, body, and spirit with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound instruments. This immersive journey is designed to calm the nervous system, reset your energy, and create space for inner peace.




Forest Bathing with Pam Lowe Cho

Saturday, October 10

10AM – 11:30 AM

$25 for members, $35 for non-members

Calm your mind and body with a forest bathing session at Pyramid Hill! Forest Bathing is an evidence-based practice from Japan that quiets the mind and gently re-awakens your senses through slow walking, soothing nature-based readings, moments of stillness, and poetry. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to reconnect with the healing elements of nature. Best suited for adults and teens.




Family Fun on the Hill: Experiencing Arts in Nature

Our monthly, interdisciplinary experiences series continues into September on site at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park. Our sculptures and surrounding nature offer a unique backdrop for what you might find during September’s offering:


Puppetry and Paper Dolls with Cat Winks

Saturday, September 5

10AM – 2PM

Included in general park admission

Lizzy Duquette and her group, Cat Winks, bring their unique artistic storytelling to Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park. Performances incorporate shadow play with handmade puppets and weaves a tale that will keep you captivated. Kids and parents alike will enjoy making artistic paper dolls, like those used by Cat Winks in their performances, and are able to try their hand at puppetry. This is drop-in art making; performances are at 11AM and 1PM.




Ink & Drink: Cocktails and Experiences at Pyramid Hill

Enjoy a relaxing Friday night at Pyramid Hill with specialty drinks and an artistic experience. These evenings are no pressure opportunities to meet professional artists, learn a little about a technique, or get your hands working with an art activity. Each night will feature a specialty cocktail, mocktail, and other refreshments. Bring your friends to relax on our gallery patio and explore your creative side in our beautiful landscapes:


Bees & Bourbon

Friday, September 18

6PM – 8PM

Included in general park admission, members receive one free drink ticket

Come and see what all the buzz is about! We’ll be serving Honey Old Fashioned signature cocktails and learning about how bees create one of your favorite sweet treats with Mike and Nikki Lucas! Stop in to get a jar of honey made from Pyramid Hill hives before it is gone.




Expert-Led Workshops:

Pyramid Hill’s expert-led workshops are the perfect opportunity to get crafty and try something new while getting the opportunity to work with professionals. Have a type of art you’ve always wanted to try but not sure where to start? Join other budding artists in our four workshops this fall:


The Magic of Natural Inks

Sunday, September 20

1PM– 3:30PM

$40 for members, $50 for non-members

Experience the merging of nature and art as you create ink from natural resources. Jennifer Acus-Smith demonstrates how to transform plants, berries, and more into usable painting inks, get tips on foraging, and explore mixing to create custom colors. Participants will practice with the materials they create and leave the workshop with an ink bottle to continue painting with.




Linocuts and Printmaking

Saturday, October 17

1PM – 3:30PM

$30 for members, $40 for non-members

Design a nature-inspired carving to create your own prints with artist Stephanie Rae Berrie. In this beginner friendly workshop, Stephanie will guide participants in carving their own linoleum block, then stamp the design onto paper or other mediums. Get inspired by Pyramid Hill’s natural landscape while you learn new artistic skills.




Stained Glass Pumpkins

Sunday, October 25

1PM – 3PM

$40 for members, $50 for non-members

Construct and solder glass to create your own stained-glass piece with help from artist, Laura Waligorski. Compile pre-cut pieces of glass to copper foil together. Then learn to solder it all together to bring your pumpkin to life.




Tea Blending with Native Plants

Saturday, November 7

1PM – 3PM

$45 for members, $55 for non-members

Experiment with dried herbs, fruits, and flowers to create a seasonally inspired custom tea blend. Learn about tea’s health benefits and explore ingredients native to Ohio. Leave the workshop with your customized tea blend to enjoy at home! Best suited for adults and teens.
