Join us for a 5 Week Yoga in Nature workshop!
Thursdays, June 10-July 8 6pm-7pm at the Pyramid House.
Welcome to all fitness levels.
Ages 12 and up.
Enjoy the benefits of yoga in a beautiful setting. Surrounded by (and inspired by) nature and art, we'll flow through yoga practices that balance stretching, strengthening, breathing and relaxation.
Please Bring: A yoga mat and/or beach towel & water bottle.
Dress in comfy clothes that you can easily move and stretch in.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to each workshop.
In case of rain, workshops will be held inside the Pyramid House.

About the Instructor
Cassie Wilson is a yogi, dancer, and exercise physiologist who lives locally in Hamilton, OH. She began studying yoga during graduate school in Boston, MA in 2002, then started teaching yoga classes in Houston, TX in 2006 while working at NASA. Most recently, Cassie taught yoga at Miami University and Miami Valley Ballet Theatre. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training program in 2016 and is currently in the process of completing an additional 300 hour training. Her classes infuse a variety of yoga styles including hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini.
