A 10,000 sq. ft. open air reception venue that holds up to 350 people with views of several monumental sculptures, rollings hills, and Lake Nanci. Across from the Pavilion is a "beer garden" -- a paved space with 9 bistro tables and chairs where you can employ your imagination.
An indoor facility that holds up to 120 people, and has a cabin in the woods feel. In order to get to the Lodge, you must go under a large arbor with hanging wisteria and over a bridge with a babbling brook below.
The Ancient Sculpture Museum
It has a beautiful Roman inspired courtyard decorated with Egyptian, Greek and Roman antiquities that provides an elegant setting for ceremonies and receptions. The Museum also includes a beautiful stone patio with forest views. The Museum can accommodate up to 140 guests.
The Pyramid House
This was the home of our Founder, Harry T. Wilks. This one-of-a-kind underground home was designed by Harry and local architect Luke Schelly. The home has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Architectural Digest, and more. Pyramid House can accommodate up to 140 guests and features four private rooms, perfect for breakout sessions. Lovely front and back patios open to stunning views of the park.

Pyramid Hill provides an excellent location for primary and secondary school or homeschool field trips. Students will stretch their imagination with our outdoor modern and contemporary sculptures and learn about ancient sculpture dating to 1550 B.C. in our Ancient Sculpture Museum. Our 300+ acres of rolling hills, meadows, lakes and forests are the perfect backdrop for learning about the natural environment. Pyramid Hill provides guided tours for groups of up to 24 on the Pyramid Hill Shuttle with a knowledgeable tour guide. The bus tour is approximately one hour and is followed by a self-guided tour of the Ancient Sculpture Museum. We suggest bringing a picnic! Package includes admission to the park for the group, the bus, and tour guide for $275. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Call 513-868-1234 to make a reservation.
Field Trips and Group Tours
Can I have my ceremony and reception at Pyramid Hill?
Yes, you may have your ceremony, reception, shower, rehearsal or all four at Pyramid Hill.
How much time is allowed for weddings?
You will receive one hour for your ceremony site rental. Four hours are included in the reception site rental. When you have both ceremony and reception at Pyramid Hill you will receive a 5-hour block of continuous time.
Will my guests be charged admission?
All of your guests will receive free park admission on the day of your event. They are welcome to arrive anytime before the wedding to explore the park.
Do I receive a discount if I am a member?
Yes, members receive a 10% discount on the ceremony and reception sites. The membership must be current at the time of booking as well as on the date of the event.
Can I provide my own food or caterer?
Yes, you can provide your own food or your own caterer. A list of recommended caterers will be provided. There is a 15% catering fee that caterers pay Pyramid Hill to conduct business within our
Non profit art park. If you provide your own food we ask that you make a donation to the park to offset the catering fee.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
If you choose to do alcohol or a bar at your event it MUST be secured through Pyramid Hill and our liquor license. The bartenders and champagne MUST also be secured through Pyramid Hill. We offer a variety of bar packages.
How early can I arrive at the park to set up and decorate?
You can arrive at the park and facility starting at 10 am on the day of your event. Pyramid Hill’s Event
Set-up Crew will set up and break down the tables and chairs for you.
What is included in the rental?
Tables, reception chairs and guest admissions are all included in the rental.
Can I add additional time on the rental if we decide to go beyond our allotted time?
Yes, you can add additional time on your rental for $150 an hour. This must be decided 2 weeks prior to the event.

Ceremonies can be held almost anywhere in the park! We offer 300+ acres of rolling hills, meadows, valleys and lakes dotted with outdoor monumental sculptures. We have two columned ceremony locations: The Amphitheatre and The Chapel, The Ancient Sculpture Museum, Lakes, or pick your favorite sculpture!
The Amphitheatre is a large columned stage at the slope of a hill conveniently located near our largest reception venue, The Pavilion. The Amphitheatre is surrounded by several pieces of monumental outdoor sculptures with Lake Nanci nearby. This site offers large open views of the sky and park.
The Chapel is a columned stage nestled in the woods near the Lodge. This site has a quaint and secluded feel with forest views.
